Sitting Pretty
My baby can sit up all by herself! Just mastered it today. Of course, she doesn't stay up for more than 15 seconds or so, but hey, it's progress! I think she likes seeing things from a sitting perspective, especially her toys. Since I was up trying to take pictures, she got a little taste of what falling feels like. It scared her the first time, but after that she didn't seem to mind. I had to send a phone picture to Mike because he's working late tonight. She'll have a lot to show her daddy tomorrow when she wakes up!

Casey, I love the photo of her "still smiling". When Philip was this age and learning to sit, he more times than not would fall forward onto his face! I think AK has gotten it better figured out! She's too sweet. It's hard to imagine her and our new daughter running around together one day! We'll have to make sure it happens.
